No License or Rights Granted

Access to or use of Braintific™ LLC Materials does not grant any license, ownership interest, or intellectual property rights, whether express or implied. All rights not expressly granted in writing are strictly reserved by Braintific™, LLC.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written authorization from Braintific™ LLC, no individual, organization, or entity may:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works

• Distribute, publish, transmit, upload, display, or share Materials in any form

• Record, screenshot, download, or store Materials for reuse or redistribution

• Use Materials for training, teaching, consulting, commercial, or organizational purposes

• Resell, sublicense, license, or otherwise exploit Materials for financial or professional gain

• Incorporate any portion of the Materials into other programs, curricula, policies, or platforms

• Remove or alter proprietary notices, branding, copyright markings, or disclaimers

Restricted Educational Use

Materials are provided solely for the personal or organizational educational use of the authorized participant or client. Use is limited to the duration and scope of the specific engagement, program, or license agreement.

Enforcement & Remedies

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or misappropriation of Braintific™, LLC Materials constitutes a violation of intellectual property law and may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to services or programs

• Revocation of certificates or credentials

• Legal action seeking injunctive relief, damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs

• Notification to employers, funders, or certifying bodies where applicable

Reservation of Rights

Braintific™, LLC expressly reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

This Proprietary Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Written Authorization Requirement

Any permitted use of Braintific™, LLC Materials must be authorized in advance and in writing by Braintific™, LLC. Requests for permission must be submitted formally and approved prior to use.
