Corporate Employee Development
This program was created for corporate employees by providing them with essential knowledge on dementia, caregiving challenges, and workplace strategies to foster understanding, inclusion, and productivity. Designed for both caregivers and individuals who are experiencing early stages of cognitive decline, and corporate leaders and HR professionals. the program will promote a supportive, dementia-smart workplace culture.
Overview
This program equips corporate leaders and HR professionals with the knowledge and tools to foster dementia-inclusive workplace cultures. It supports employee caregivers, and adapts policies to reduce stigma, and ensures organizations comply with evolving healthcare, health equity, and labor and disability laws. Participants will gain practical frameworks to promote retention, well-being, and dignity for all employees, customers and clients, especially lthose impacted by Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. This program aslo provides a sub-education section for staff members who are affected by dementia whether experiencing cognitive changes or caregiving a loved one.
