All services are educational and consultative in nature and do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or clinical advice.

2. Eligibility

Services are intended for organizations, professionals, caregivers, and adult learners aged 18 or older. By engaging with Braintific™, LLC, clients confirm they have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of themselves or their organization.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, curricula, frameworks, assessments, workbooks, slide decks, videos, and branded methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Braintific™, LLC.

• Materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, resold, licensed, or reused without written permission.

• Certificates and training access are non-transferable.

4. Limitation of Liability

Braintific™, LLC is not liable for business decisions, organizational outcomes, employment actions, health decisions, or operational changes made as a result of training or consulting services.

Participation is at the client’s discretion and risk.

Non-Refundable Services & Payment Policy

1. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of professional education, consulting, and digital content delivery:

• All payments are non-refundable

• This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Consulting retainers

  • Training programs

  • Digital courses

  • Workshops

  • Certifications

  • Customized curricula or materials

  • Deposits or partial payments

Once access to materials, scheduling, preparation, or program development has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated in a written contract.

• Failure to submit payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Braintific™, LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Client-initiated cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

• Rescheduling may be permitted at Braintific™, LLC’s discretion and may incur additional fees.

Educational Program & Consulting Terms of Agreement

1. Nature of Services

Braintific™, LLC provides professional education and consulting designed to increase awareness, skills, and organizational capacity. Outcomes may vary depending on participant engagement, implementation, and organizational context.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While Braintific™, LLC delivers evidence-informed, expert-led programming, no specific results, certifications, funding outcomes, or organizational changes are guaranteed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Ensure participant readiness and access

• Encourage attendance and engagement

• Comply with participation requirements

4. Confidentiality

Braintific™, LLC maintains confidentiality of client information. Clients agree not to share proprietary content or confidential discussions.

Late Arrival & Attendance Policy

1. Live Training & Workshops

• Participants must arrive on time for live sessions.

• Late arrivals may be denied entry or may miss required content.

• Braintific™, LLC is not required to repeat content for late participants.

2. Consulting Sessions

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals do not extend session time.

• Missed time is forfeited and non-refundable.

3. Digital Programs

Time-stamped participation, log-ins, module completion, and engagement tracking may be used to verify attendance.

Non-Participation & Certificate of Completion Policy

1. Certificate Eligibility

Certificates of Completion are issued only to participants who meet all program requirements, which may include:

• Full attendance

• Active participation

• Completion of required modules

• Submission of assignments or assessments

• Compliance with conduct and engagement standards

2. Non-Participation

Participants who:

• Miss sessions

• Arrive late or leave early

• Do not complete required coursework

• Fail to engage meaningfully

• Share or misuse materials

Will not receive a Certificate of Completion, regardless of payment status.

3. No Exceptions

Certificates are earned, not purchased. Payment alone does not guarantee certification.

4. No Retroactive Certification

Certificates will not be issued retroactively for incomplete participation or partial attendance.

Acceptance of Policies

By using Braintific™ LLC’s website, enrolling in programs, or engaging services, clients and participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
